Thematic or artistic texture applications

Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent if they are under 18.

Users must have the right to modify the avatar model or have permission from the model’s creator.

Users requesting NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content must be at least 18 years old and provide a valid government-issued ID to verify their age. NSFW content will only be created within the bounds of applicable laws and VRChat’s community guidelines.

Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding your avatar and design preferences.

Permissions: Users must confirm they have the rights or necessary permissions to request texture modifications for their avatars.

Communication: Timely responses and clear communication are necessary to ensure the project is completed to your satisfaction.

Behavior: Harassment or abusive behavior during the process will result in the termination of the project without a refund.

Booking: All projects must be initiated through our official channels and confirmed before work begins.

Payment: Full payment or a deposit (if applicable) is required upfront. We accept PayPal & Cash App. Payment rates may vary based on the complexity and difficulty of the requested texture. Any adjustments to the payment will be communicated and agreed upon before work begins.

Cancellations and Refunds:

Refunds are not provided for completed work. Partial refunds may be issued if the project is canceled before completion, depending on the amount of work completed.

If we cancel the project for any reason, a partial or full refund will be provided.

Consistent harassment (especially of a sexual nature) of the Artist will result in a termination of the commission without refund.

Ownership: Custom textures created by us are owned by the client upon full payment.

Restrictions: The client may not resell or redistribute the textures without prior written consent.

Attribution: Credit to our service is appreciated but not required unless specified in the project agreement.

Reference Materials: Users must provide original reference materials or have explicit permission from others to use reference sheets they do not own. Without proper authorization, we will not copy or replicate designs from reference sheets that belong to other creators. Any attempt to use stolen or unauthorized references will result in the immediate termination of services

No Art Theft: We strictly prohibit art theft, copying, or unauthorized use of designs. Any attempt to use stolen or unauthorized references will result in the immediate termination of services. Additionally, no textures created by us may be reproduced, traced, or modified for redistribution without prior written consent from xXRoyal_RoseXx.

We will not share or distribute your avatar files or textures without your explicit consent.

All project files will be handled with care and deleted upon request after the project is completed.

Any identification provided for age verification purposes will be securely handled and deleted after verification.

We are not responsible for any issues arising from the use of modified textures, including but not limited to compatibility problems with VRChat or third-party platforms.

We are not liable for any disputes regarding the ownership or permissions of avatar models provided by the client.

Minor revisions to mutually agreed completed work will require an additional service fee and must be requested and approved by xXRoyal_RoseXx within 1 week after project delivery.

Significant revisions or additional work may incur extra charges

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at our discretion, including but not limited to violations of these TOS.

These terms may be updated periodically. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised TOS
